Terms and Conditions

Deposit/Retainer & Payment

Upon receiving the booking information, a $10 deposit is required to secure your session spot. Payment of the deposit indicates your agreement with the following Terms and Conditions (T’s and C’s), and it is non-refundable. Full payment must be made two weeks prior to the session through a bank transfer (payment plans negotiable). All prices include GST. No existing vouchers or discounts are permitted.

Cancellations:

- If the client cancels within 14 working days of the booking, a 50% cancellation fee is applicable.

- If the client cancels within 48 hours, 100% payment is due.

- If the client is 10 minutes late, the booking will be considered a no-show.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for completed services. Notify us of any issues while still on location.

- Governed by Angelah Rose and Victoria Ellison’s conditions of use, privacy policy, cancellation, and refund policy.

- Not transferable to other individuals.

- 48 hours’ notice required for cancellations; otherwise, the service is forfeited.

- Refunds per the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act for faulty services or products.

- Refund requests must be in writing to info@angelahrose.com or victoriaellisonmcarthur@gmail.com.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the unlikely event of a event cancellation, we will notify you promptly and attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued.

House Rules

Zero tolerance for bullying, rudeness, hate speech, racism, homophobia, or transphobia. Violation terminates the session, forfeiting payment for damages and lost wages.

Artistic Licence, Editing & Styling

Images are edited to complement existing beauty. No alterations to natural body or facial structure. Images won’t be changed post-delivery, with basic touch-ups only.

Imagery Ownership, Post Editing & Delivered Imagery

All digital files remain the photographer's property. Raw files are not provided. Copying, altering, or filtering incurs fees. Digital links are valid for 14 days. No reshoots.

Photoshoots will be R18+
