Sacred Spirit Circle Overnight Retreat at Lookout Lodge, Wānaka – Terms & Conditions

By booking a spot at the Sacred Spirit Circle Overnight Retreat in Wānaka, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking & Payment

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your place. This amount will be deducted from your total retreat cost.

Payment Options:

  • You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking.

  • Or secure your place with the $100 deposit and pay the remaining balance by October 28th, 2025.

  • Payment plans are also available and can be tailored to suit your needs. Please get in touch to arrange a schedule that works for you.

Booking Confirmation: Your spot will be confirmed once your deposit or full payment is received. Spaces are limited and rooms will be allocated on a first-in, first-served basis.

2. Accommodation & Pricing

Accommodation is provided at Lookout Lodge, Wānaka, in warm, spacious rooms with all linens included.

Shared Rooms:

  • Lower Tier (Shared Bunk or Single Bed): $565

  • Medium Tier (Shared Bunk or Single Bed): $595

  • Higher Income Contribution (Shared Bunk or Single Bed): $625

King Bed in Shared Room:

  • Single Occupancy: $775

  • Shared (Couples/Friends): $1125

Private Room (Very Limited): $985

If you have a preferred roommate or would like to share with a friend, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation by Participant:

  • Before October 1st, 2025: You will receive a refund of any amount paid minus the non-refundable $100 deposit.

  • Between October 1st – October 28th, 2025: 50% of your payments (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

  • After October 28th, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

Transfers: You may transfer your booking to another person with prior approval. Transfers must be arranged no later than November 14th, 2025.

Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event the retreat is canceled, all payments including your deposit will be refunded in full. We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred outside of retreat fees.

No Shows: If you do not attend the retreat without notice, no refunds or transfers will be offered.

4. What’s Included

  • 2 nights’ accommodation at Lookout Lodge, Wānaka

  • All meals 

  • Sound Healing Journey with Irish Athena

  • Cacao circle, guided meditation, and intention-setting

  • Psychic development workshop

  • Group nature walk

  • Closing integration circle

  • Optional rest time, journaling, and add-on wellness sessions (e.g., Reiki or massage)

5. What’s Not Included

  • Travel to and from the venue

  • Friday night BYO dinner

  • Optional add-ons (massage, Reiki)

  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)

6. Health & Safety

By attending, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in the retreat. Please inform us in advance of any medical, mobility, or dietary needs.

External practitioners provide some optional services, such as massage or Reiki. These are optional and attended at your discretion.

Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including health, cancellation, and travel disruptions.

7. Conduct & Community Guidelines

We strive to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive space. By attending, you agree to:

  • Treat fellow participants and facilitators with respect

  • Engage with an open heart and mind

  • Respect communal spaces and retreat guidelines

Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in being asked to leave the retreat with no refund.

8. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. Sacred Spirit Circle, Angelah Rose, and all facilitators are not liable for injury, loss, or damages incurred during the retreat.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, weather events, or other situations beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the retreat. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible. We are not liable for extra travel or accommodation costs incurred.

10. Agreement

By booking and paying your deposit or full retreat fee, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
