Sacred Spirit Circle Bali Retreat Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Sacred Spirit Circle Bali Retreat! We are so excited to share this transformative experience with you. By booking your place at the retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your booking.


Booking & Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required by March 17th 2025, to secure your spot. This deposit will be deducted from the total retreat package cost.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid by May 27, 2026. You may pay in full or arrange a payment plan.
  • Payment Plans: Payment plans are available upon request and must be adhered to as per the agreed schedule. Failure to make a payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking, and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. Please note that additional fees may apply to some payment methods.

Accommodation & Activities Package

  • Package Requirement: To create a cohesive retreat experience, both accommodation and the activities package must be purchased together. Exceptions may be made if accommodation becomes fully booked before your reservation is confirmed. In such cases, the activities package may be booked separately.
  • Accommodation Changes: While we strive to secure the listed accommodation, alternative arrangements may need to be made if:
    1. The accommodation is fully booked before our group reservation is finalized.
    2. We do not fill enough spots in the accommodation to meet booking requirements.
      In the unlikely event of a change, we will notify participants as soon as possible and ensure the replacement accommodation is of similar quality and comfort.

Accommodation & Room Pricing

The retreat accommodation has been carefully selected to provide a luxurious and relaxing space. Room prices and descriptions are based on quotes provided by the Airbnb host.

Room Options & Pricing

  • Shared Bunk Room: Ensuite bathroom. Price: $1,200 per person.
  • Double Rooms:
    • Double rooms feature a king-size bed or 2 Singles. 
    • All have ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Price: $2,800 per room.
  • Master Suites:
    • King-size beds, extra storage, larger room space, and a bath with a shower.
    • One Master Suite is a Twin Room in the 10 bedroom Villa.
    • One master suite in the villas features a super king-size bed, which will be occupied by Angelah to ensure fairness in pricing for all participants. Price: $3,200 per room.

Important Notes on Accommodation:

  • Room Photos: Please refer to the Airbnb listing for photos of the rooms. These photos are for reference only, as room sizes and layouts may vary slightly.
  • Room Descriptions & Pricing: All room details and prices are based on the host’s quotes. While every effort has been made to describe the rooms accurately, discrepancies in room size or layout are beyond our control, and we accept no responsibility for such differences.
  • Accommodation Changes: In case of unforeseen changes or discrepancies, participants will be notified promptly, and we will work to resolve the situation fairly.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and we are committed to ensuring your stay is comfortable and rejuvenating.


Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation by Attendee:
    • 90+ Days Before the Retreat: 50% refund of your total balance (excluding the deposit).
    • 60-89 Days Before the Retreat: 25% refund of your total balance (excluding the deposit).
    • 30 Days or Less Before the Retreat: No refunds will be issued.
  • Transfer of Booking: You may transfer your spot to another person (with our approval) at least 14 days before the retreat. The new attendee will be responsible for the remaining balance.
  • Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that we cancel the retreat, a full refund (including your deposit) will be issued. However, we are not responsible for any travel-related expenses incurred by you.
  • No Show: If you fail to attend without prior cancellation or communication, no refunds or transfers will be offered.

What’s Included in the Retreat Package

  • Accommodation for the duration of the retreat.
  • Daily Massages (one per day, arranged through an external vendor).
  • Breakfasts provided daily by the villa.
  • Retreat Activities, Workshops, & Excursions as outlined in the itinerary.
  • Wellness Amenities such as private pools, yoga space, and gym.
  • Transport for most scheduled activities (local transport options will be used for other excursions).

What’s Not Included in the Package

  • Additional Spa Services beyond the daily massage.
  • Meals Outside the Villa (breakfast is included; other meals provided by the chef will be at your expense).
  • Flights to and from Bali.
  • Travel Insurance & Visa Fees (participants are responsible for arranging their own).

Health & Safety

By attending the retreat, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in all activities. Please notify us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance so we can accommodate your needs. We recommend securing travel insurance that covers health and other travel-related issues.


Liability

Participation in the retreat is at your own risk. The organizer will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illness, or loss of property that may occur during your stay.


Force Majeure

If the retreat is impacted by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or government restrictions), we will reschedule or issue refunds. However, we are not responsible for travel-related expenses incurred by participants.


Conduct & Behavior

To maintain a respectful and inclusive retreat environment, disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask participants engaging in such behavior to leave the retreat without a refund.


Changes to Activities & Weather-Related Adjustments

While we aim to adhere to the itinerary, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions) may require changes to scheduled activities.

  • Participants will be notified promptly of adjustments.
  • Suitable alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
  • If an alternative activity costs less than the original, any cost difference will be refunded.

Your flexibility is appreciated as we ensure the retreat remains enriching and enjoyable for all.


Booking Confirmation

Upon receiving your deposit, we will send a booking confirmation, along with additional details about your retreat experience, travel arrangements, and itinerary.


Agreement

By booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
